Happy Dr. King day! :) Went into the city today to get 29 or 47 or 32

dumplings. (There's this place that has wonderful homemade dumplings, but

we can never figure out how many come on a platter. It's an odd number as

it's not divisible by three or four...26, I think.) Anyway, we wandered around

for a while and the street had these great sculptures on all the lampposts. It

was a treat to look at all the different ones.

Crumbling Hopes

Black clouds hang over the crumbling city, desperate times obviously ahead.

Further destruction looms in the distance, slowly barreling closer. Many have

tried and failed to bring aid and somewhat restore civilization. The people

scattered, the buildings crumbled. Once a great city reduced to rubble. So

where is Superman?
