Last weekend was closing day at the summit. No new snow, though it was sunny and enjoyably groomed and a tad slushy. I think the ski season went out on a good note. There were costumes and crazy people and ultimately, a lot of fun. I'll be looking forward to next year! Now it's time to bring out my new mountain bike...Quote Of The Day:"We have an opportunity to play on the last day of the season. One Last Run
Spring snow covers the slopes of the mountain, slushy and fun. It's a total day for groomers - too chunky in the expert areas. It's closing day at the pass, and it seems that everyone is determined to hit the last of it. Some are in costume, most are just excited.
