This is a mural in Greenwich Village that I thought was really cool. Up close,

it was a bunch of colors and shapes or objects. There were outlines of people

painted on top: a solitary person and lots of helping hands reaching out.

Loneliness - not a Synonym to Unhappiness

He was a shadow with no body, just drifting along through the rest of

them. They tried to reach out to secure him, to help him. They thought that

he was suffering. It was human instinct to take in a loner. But he drifted past, in

the company of himself.
