Briar Roses

We have some lovely little tea roses out beside our front walk. I love

these little pink delicacies. They aren't very fragrant, but they make nice

pictures! Pretty cloudy day today...not much happening...

He stopped to smell the roses, to take a chance at their fragrance.

It was wonderful; the roses were in full bloom and as beautiful and

sweet-scented as ever. He was happy there with the roses...Then

winter came. In the rain and snow, he was left with only thorns.
