The Night Life
All through the day they stayed silent and still in the glass cage. However,
when night fell, they propped open the lid and escaped. Holding midnight
parties in the fridge and masquerade balls by the fireplace. Exploring dark
nooks and crannies, sliding down banisters. Morning comes on. Still yet again.
