Definitions

I took this shot real quick tonight, as I had no other way of expressing the

dictionary. This is our dictionary...it's quite old and probably out of date, but

it works. I've always wondered - what if there's a typo in the dictionary? I

guess nobody would know...To go with today's theme, here's the definition of

definition:

1/ The act of defining or making definite, distinct, or clear.

2/ The formal statement of the meaning or significance of a word, phrase, etc.

3/ The condition of being definite, distinct, or clearly outlined.

4/ Optics: Sharpness of the image formed by an optical system.

5/ Radio and Television: The accuracy of sound or picture reproduction.

Indefinable

It was as though the dictionary was thrown at her every day. Words that

"categorized" or "defined" her were thrown harshly into the air, bombarding

her ears. The truth was nobody really knew how to define her. In reality, she

had no definition, at least, not in the common dictionary.
