This is a shot of the steeple on my friend's church. His mom is the pastor there. Welcoming Sign
The blue sky stretches on for miles in every direction, puffy, white clouds drifting lazily across it. The church bell tolls loudly over the soft din of traffic and neighborhood noises. The steeple marks a sanctuary, a place of safety. Worshippers all arrive in their Sunday best, happy to come.
